OYEA Bible Camp on the North Shore!

Keep our kids in your prayers as they learn and grow!

Greetings from Camp Erdman up on the North Shore!

Our OYEA Bible Camp is running very well. The six counselors from Camp Wapogasset Lutheran Bible Camp from Wisconsin have been doing an outstanding job with our youth. There have been daily Bible Studies, wild games like "Rat-a-tat-tat," and "Mighty Mighty Scoop Noodle Challenge" and many more, one involving tons of Skittles and 'not being tagged.' You will have to ask them when they come home. There have also been the wonderful new songs and some of the Golden Oldies of the past. Today they were doing archery, climbing and swimming. Tonight's worship will talk about how concentrate on how we should never take the opportunity to practice our faith lightly... should be interesting. 

They have had servant projects cleaning and fixing things around camp! 

The staff has kept them plenty busy, and there has been very little trouble sleeping at night. 

I am so thankful to the Wapo counselors and all they bring to our ministry here on the island. I pray that this camp experience will continue and even more youth will be able to attend next year!

Keep us in your prayers and we look forward to telling you about this amazing week from this Friday night when we all come home.
