The risen Christ invites us to be good stewards. The word steward is rooted in the Greek word oikonomos, which means “manager.” In other words, as little Christs we are managers of the resources that God has entrusted us.

God is the creator and owner of everything, and God has made us stewards of all those gifts and blessings. Moreover, God wants our whole lives; time, talent, and financial treasures. We give out of that generous mindset and realize that giving financially is part of our worship.
